To be a connecting force that engages the body of Christ at Family Worship Center into life-changing praise and worship and to create an awareness of God’s presence, grace and love through anointed music and creative arts.

Our desire for everyone who attends Family Worship Center is for them to experience the most positive worship experience possible. Music and fine arts play a huge role in that experience. Realizing that, the goal of our music and fine arts program is that it is excellent, well-balanced, continually moving forward and always looking for new and creative ways to minister to our church body and community.

If you have a passion for worship and a desire to help lead the church in praise…then you should be a member of Family Worship Center Choir! The Choir ministers in Sunday morning and evening worship services as well as seasonal musical productions and special events throughout the year. The choir rehearses on Thursday evenings from 7:00PM to 8:30PM.  Membership is open in January, May & September. For interview information contact the music office at 304-252-8474 #202. 

Worship Center Band/Orchestra

The Worship Center Band/Orchestra involves men and women who desire to use their instrumental talents to help in the leading of praise and worship by providing musical accompaniment in worship services. The band also accompanies the Worship Center Choir as well as providing pre-service music and offertories.  We are always looking for instrumentalists to add to our ministry team.  For interview and audition information, contact the music office.

Heritage Choir

This Senior Adult Choir for ages 50 & up is for adults who love to sing the songs of our early church heritage. The choir sings regularly in worship services and visits other churches and civic groups. Member is open year round. To become a member contact the music office for information.

The purpose of our dance ministry is to add another dimension to our worship experience through movement and dance. Our dance teams minister regularly in worship services as well as in special music and arts events. Those who feel that they have giftings in the area of dance, and would like to participate in our dance ministry, should contact the music office for contact information.
